REGISTRATION
Do I need to register a business account on Factoryprice.eu?
Yes. Registration is required. We do not display prices to retail customers, therefore account verification is mandatory.
What information is required during registration?
You need to provide your full name, company name and VAT number, contact and delivery details for future orders, and an email address that will be used as your login.
Can I purchase as a private individual? Are receipts available?
We do not operate in retail. We work exclusively in a B2B model (sales for businesses and unregistered businesses). We do not issue fiscal receipts; all transactions are invoiced to business entities.
I do not have a registered company (unregistered business). Can I cooperate with you?
Yes, we work with unregistered businesses. Orders must exceed 800 PLN net.
I run a company abroad but I am not an EU VAT payer – can I buy from you?
Yes. During registration, provide your local business identification or tax number relevant to your country.
Can a wholesale account be deleted?
Yes. You can request account deletion at any time. Contact our Customer Service – we will permanently remove your data (if no purchase has been made).
In accordance with legal requirements, we retain all sales-related data under VAT regulations.
ACCOUNT DETAILS UPDATE
What should I do if I forget my password?
Click “I don’t remember my login or password” and enter your email address. You will receive a login link without a password. You can also set a new password using the “set a new password” option.
How can I change my password?
Go to “Edit Details” in the “Your Profile” section. At the bottom, select “change your password” and set a new one.
Do not share your login credentials.
How can I change my VAT number or shipping address?
Due to tax regulations, you cannot change these details самостоятельно. Contact Customer Service – we will update your profile.
How can I change my email address?
You can update your email in the “Edit Details” section under “Your Profile”. Enter the new email in the appropriate field.
All order updates and newsletters will be sent to this address.
Is my personal data secure?
We prioritize data confidentiality and operate in compliance with data protection laws. Data is processed only for order fulfillment. Details are described in our Privacy Policy.
PRODUCTS AND OFFER
What products does Factoryprice.eu offer?
Our assortment changes frequently and is broad. We offer fashion aligned with current trends – products that sell well and match market demand.
Are product sizes standard?
Some products may differ from standard sizing (smaller or larger) depending on the manufacturer. Any differences are indicated in the product description.
You can use the general size chart. If in doubt, contact Customer Service with the product code for exact measurements.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices displayed are net prices. 23% VAT must be added.
ACCESS TO WHOLESALE FEATURES
Can I view prices and stock availability?
Prices and stock levels are visible only after logging in. Wholesale account registration is required.
How can I access product photos and descriptions?
After logging in, you get free access to all wholesale features. You can import the full catalog into your online store or use individual images and descriptions free of charge.

ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Select products and add them to your cart. To continue shopping, click “Continue shopping”. Then go to the cart (top right corner).
If you have a discount code, enter it and confirm. Then choose delivery and payment method and verify your contact details.
How to use a discount code?
Enter the code in the discount field during checkout and confirm. Only one code can be used per order.
How can I check my order status?
You will receive an email confirmation. Status updates are sent automatically and are also available in your account.
Can I combine multiple orders?
Yes, at an early stage. If orders are not processed yet, contact Customer Service.
Shipping cost will be charged only once.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Contact Customer Service with your order number.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods are available?
We accept bank transfer, PayU online payments, and cash on delivery.
You have 3 days to complete payment. After that, the order is automatically canceled.
DELIVERY
How long does order processing take?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Cash on delivery orders are processed immediately.
Do you offer dropshipping?
Currently, we do not ship directly to end customers.
