Returns policy

Return Policy for the online wholesale store factoryprice.eu

Condition of a 7-day return of products without giving any reason.


Returned products must be suitable for further resale, products must have original packaging and tags, and must not show any signs of use.

1. Goods return procedure.

a. return period: customers have the right to return goods within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

b. method of reporting a return: in order to report a return, the customer must log in to their account, use the returns module to generate the return in the system, print the return document and attach it to the returned package.

c. returns of products from different orders.
If the customer wants to return products from different orders, they should generate a separate return for each order. It is possible to send returns from different orders in one return shipment.

2. Return Rules


a. return deadline: returns must be reported and sent back within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

b. Return costs: the cost of the return shipment is covered by the buyer. The shipping fee depends on the selected courier company.
c. Personal return of goods: personal return of goods to the warehouse is not possible for logistical reasons. All returns must be sent to the indicated warehouse address.

3. Invoices and documents


a. issuing a corrective invoice: a corrective invoice will be issued and sent electronically within 7 business days from the ordered refund of funds.
b. uncollected and lost returns, procedure in the event of problems with return delivery: If the return does not reach the warehouse, the customer should check the shipment status with the carrier. In the event of further problems, please contact the Customer Service Department.

4. Exclusion of liability and warranty


a. Exclusion of liability for physical defects: the wholesale store excludes liability under warranty for physical defects of the goods, in accordance with Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code. Therefore, we do not provide a guarantee for the products.
b. complaints from consumers who are the customer’s buyers: the wholesale store does not accept complaints from consumers who are the customer’s buyers. In the event of receiving a complaint regarding goods purchased in our wholesale store, the customer must respond to the consumer’s claims independently.
